Grantech Inc. is one of only 4 manufacturers in North America that produce ceramic coloured roofing granules. The company, privately held within the Ensio family of companies, has been producing headlap and coloured granules for the rolled and steep slope roofing industry since 1961 and continues this long tradition today.

Grantech currently manufactures approximately 50% of the ceramic coloured granules consumed by the Canadian roofing industry at its plant in Contrecoeur, Quebec.
